Shipping + Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via Canada post and tracking is sent to the email provided with your order. Please check your junk mail if you do not see the tracking information.  If the package is showed as delivered to the address shown on tracking it will be considered confirmed and delivered.  If you want to have a confirmed signature on delivery please indicate this in the comments section of the order.  

Orders are about 5 business days in BC, and main centers of Canada.  7-10 business days for continental US addresses and some remote areas of Canada.

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of placement.  We will email you if there is an issue with an item. If you have questions about your order please contact Sales@echoverde.com

We guarantee our products! if you are ever unhappy for any reason or an item does not fit the way you expected please contact us and we will gladly take the item back and refund you.
